Default Virus

So I logged into my computer this morning and it was super slow along with the Windows Vista Security Center being disabled, and me not being able to turn it back on. The same thing with Avast (free version), so I was pretty sure it was a virus of some sort.
I've ran through security tango(rkill -> unhide -> stinger -> tdsskiller -> superantispyware -> malwarebytes anti malware) twice in safe mode, both times it found some "zugo" adware that it said was significant and so i removed those but I still can't log in without safe mode. After typing in my log in passward it brings my to a blank screen with only a cursor that I'm able to move. System Restore runs for about 3 hours and doesn't get past the loading screen.

I don't know what to do next.

any help is appreciated
