Is this malware? WatchDog?

Can anyone tell me what this is and what it does, please? I did not notice it until a few days ago, on my system.

What's the executable name? What's the path it's running from?

I have no idea. It isn't listed in the program list to install or uninstall. That is the only place I see it. I guess it may be attached to another program I recently installed. I will start going through them to see.

Post a screenshot of your msconfig's Startup tab list.

Start -> Type 'msconfig' (without quotes) -> Startup tab Expand the path column.

I just found it, carnageX.

I installed several new pieces of software recently, because I recently installed a security camera system here. WatchDog loads with the camera monitoring software.
