Me and my wife are putting together a website. I plan to host it from a dedicated Windows Server from my house with a lease-line to my ISP. The site will be open to the general public but require a login for purchases, comments, ect. All editing of the site will be through the Adobe Web Suite on the server itself.

Everything I can find from using the awesome powers of Google is telling me to use a CMS; Wordpress, Joomla!, or others, or to write a script myself to do the job.

I don't want to use a CMS, (requiring me to basically build the entire site through their service and use their databases) and I can't write scripts at all. My knowledge of computer languages is limited to HTML and CSS.

How do I set up a registration/login service for my website that will just store the information on a local database (the same server the website is hosted from)?
