Recovering emails from a deleted domain

Is it possible to recover emails from a deleted domain ?

Only if you can contact the host and see if they still have your data on their server. If they do you can politely and nicely ask them if they can send you a copy. But if they dont have your data on their servers nor reply with your request, your outta luck.

Since they dont have the data anymore there is no way you can recover it at this point. Sorry but that data is now gone with the wind.
