Hi everyone, hope you can help.
The problem is i currently own a domain name for my website but need to transfer it to a new domain registrar. My (limited) understanding is that in order to do this i need to access the existing registrar to initiate the process to do this.
I however cannot do this because the existing registrar is simply no longer available. I mean their site is down, i cannot access their website because it is not available. i cannot get hold of them by any means, i.e. phone, email etc. It looks like they went bust over night or something!
What can i do to save our domain name??
