Default FRAMES---- I know

But I feel I am using them in a proper manner.

I am doing a local community radio show web site. They want to do the video page like I did the band page (bumpyrideradio.com/bands)

I can only embed the video in the page though... I want to say I recall a way one could post an image and link.... am I wrong?

Not really sure what your problem is or what you want to do.

sorry for the delay in responding! I wanted to use frames to display the video page that would load in frames... after kicking it around for a while that is the solution I came up with..
