Need Help

My parents are bringing over their "smart computer guy" friend to search through my computer and stuff.

Honestly, I don't really have anything bad except a few porn sites every once and awhile.

What I need to know is...how do I complete delete my internet activity and remove them from ever existing on my computer?

Download CCleaner and run that on every profile on your computer. This will remove all systems based temp files, ie based temp files..all this stuff you wish to vanish or you can do it via the control panel/internet options then delete IE history, temp files, and all cookies..or manually delete all the files in these folders..

C:\Documents and Settings\%USER%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

C:\Documents and Settings\%USER%\Local Settings\Temp

C:\Documents and Settings\%USER%\cookies

look up the program sdelete. (I think through SysInternals)

Its free to use and will wipe any free space on your hard drive. It'll take a little while to do it, but you can set it to run as many passes you want to make sure no one can find the stuff you've deleted.
