Catalyst 3570 Access Denied

Hi ,
I just Defined a user and it was written " keyboard Interactive Authentication" , and now when i want to Telnet or SSH with credentials of that user , it denies my access . what should i do ? I'm Stuck .

When you say that you defined a user, what does that mean? Are you using local user accounts configured in the switch, itself, or an authentication server?

Do you have your vty lines configured?

What exact error message are you seeing?

How did you configure keyboard interactive authentication?

We need a lot more info. I'm assuming that network connectivity is fine.
