I've played Diablo on a console, it actually worked pretty well.

I don't choose consoles because I have a low budget, and I don't think the majority of people who choose consoles are thinking about the money.

First person shooter games on PC are much better than the ones on consoles as its harder to aim and shoot with a controller

True, but it really isn't bad unless you obsess over headshots, being unstoppable, or want to be pro.

actually, thought the same thing but once you get the x/y axis sensitivity tweaked out, I can also pull off many head shots. As far as the graphics comment from awhile ago, lord it gets tiring commenting on this. A post with no substance. Just PC rules garbage. Lets just put it this way, some people have no problem with the controller of the 360 or orginal xbox for that matter for FPS. Graphics? The code and architecture of the 360 has not even come CLOSE to being fully utilized. So, comparing the 2 graphic wise... give it a few years then see what happens. I brought this up once upon a time when someone argued this point with me. Remember on the old nintendo (pre64) system the game graphics like mario, etc? Then one day, WAM! Out came donkey kong country. Those graphics were FAR superior to previous games. The reason being is being able to write optimized code for the hardware. The point? It takes awhile to optimize a system, different architecture and regardless of some of the beliefs it is NOT a dx system. It uses some of dx9 and dx10, but it is its own beast. Give it and developers time.

Yah, I think the controller is fine with fps.... but I'll put it this way. But generally, the mouse will be easier to use and better for those needs. The controller takes a lot of work, and I honestly don't think it can match the mouse. I don't play competitively, so using a controller doesn't bother me much.
