thanks ahead of time. I realized the socket 939 would not keep me updated in the future if I wanted to upgrade. So I found this build for sale. Just wondering if it's any good and should I go with XP or Vista?
 
lol...Why'd you start two threads on this?

Anyway, stick with XP, since you don't have a DX10 card. There isn't really a reason for Vista, if you don't have a DX10 compatible graphic card.

its fine.. but i don't get why u got such an expensive board and case... you could have gotten an raidmax sagitta and a 650i chipset or a p35 chipset with an 8800gts320mb
 
ok get a ds3 p35, then get an e6320 if anything, you could also go with a cool master 500 watt psu. and with all the price diferences u may be able to squeeze in the 8800gts 320mb by evga.
