Default Windows 7 Enterprise with Outlook 2007 opening multiple processes randomly.

Hello, We currently have a user that is having an issue with outlook 2007 on a Windows 7 enterprise machine that keeps opening a new outlook instance to the user's mailbox. We've checked for tasks scheduled, IE settings for default programs, sticky mail buttons on the keyboard, startup items, and add-ins. We've also changed his shortcut to include the /recycle switch to open outlook instances in the same window. This only occurs when the user has outlook opened already. Over the course of a day the user has had 50+ outlooks open- all to his mailbox. We've watched the user as well and the event occurs completely randomly. Any ideas?

Performed your fix after creating a new shortcut for the user. It worked! Thanks very much!
