It talks about getting Type-1 hypervisors to the desktop for users, basically what Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware ESX are. However it seems you can switch between running O/S's.

But the technology is in its infancy -- even big players such as Citrix and VMware are struggling to get bare-metal hypervisors out of the conceptual phase and into production.
