Man Of Steel - new superman film

Dear Zack Snyder..... Since when did superman have a hairy chest?

Apart from that, the movie was awesome!!!! For once, some one made Superman cool. At least we were still not unhung up on a long winded origin which we have all ready seen to death in previous films. This has been a bit of problem with of mine with other reboots like Batman and Spiderman reboots.

And if you really want to see collateral damage, the fight between Superman and Zod has more destruction that Die Hard 4, Transformers 3, The Avengers and an episode of Dragon Ball Z combined together. Can not wait see if they do a sequel with Doomsday.

I thought the movie was just OK at best, it was way too long and there were at least 2 places where I thought the movie was over but then the action started up again. The ending where Superman defeats Zod was an extreme letdown.

I wanted to watch this, but my GF wasn't too interested. Must rent it via Redbox ASAP :/

You could always "redbox" it from me.
I watched it without Mariah, but about half way through I felt bad because I realized it would be something she would have enjoyed too. CGI really brings out the tone and strength of Superman IMO.
