I AM RUNNING WINDOWS 98 I HAVE A WEB CAMERA NOW HERES THE PROBLEM MY FREIND WHO I HAVE KNOWN FOR YEARS NOW LIVES IN THE USA BUT HE IS RUNNING WINDOWS XP HE HAS A CAMERA BEFORE WE SAW EACH OTHER WHEN WE BOTH RAN WINDOWS 98 IS THERE A PROGRAM OR A PATCH
