How to make backup's of my cd's

Hi everyone, Im new to this forum so forgive me if im not posting this in the right section.

Im trying to make backup copies of my sims cds as my 8 year old daughter wants to play them on her computer and i dont trust her enough not to scratch mine. Ive tried using the normal method to burn copies but as the have safedisk 1 and 2 im not having much luck. I am running easy cd creator version 6 (basic) and someone said to use clony cd but i can not understand how to use it. Could someone run me through this in idiots terms so that i can understand it.
im running ME with a 20gb hdd 256ram 800mhz :umm: :confused: :eek:

download clone cd, install etc. run it, you will see 4 icons.
1st is to make an image of a cd
2nd wite image to a cd
3rd copy cd
4th erase a cd (rewritable cd only)
you want the 3rd icon. then just follow the prompts, i.e choose cd drive, then type of cd you want to clone (game,data, etc)
then it will start to create an image of the original cd. when finished it will ask for a cd to write to.
then, finished and should work fine.

i may have missed a few bits out but above is the main steps

Alcohol.120% also copies 'safedisc' protected cds, geez i should be getting paid to advertise this app. lol :rolleyes:
