Kernel32 & VCT32150 errors

I've been having reoccuring problems with the subject files. When kernel 32 error appears, all I can do is shutdown. The other (with text Winmgmt error...) will simply close after clicking ok twice.

I'm using Windows ME and need to correct this!!!

Do I replace them? If so, I need a reliable source.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

have you tried any software utility program?
try the windows updates for your OS?
best advise i can say about this is dont use winME :)
