i TRIED TO START MY COMPUTER THIS MORNING,AND IT CAME UP AT THE PAGE WHERE YOU CAN EITHER CHOOSE NORMAL MODE SAFE MODE OR BOOT..BUT WHEN I CHOOSE SAFE IT JUST GOES TO THE ERROR PAGE AGAIN ./THE ERROR IS..OE:0167:8315C3CF. I WENT TO THE MICROSOFT WEB BUT THEY DIDNT SHOW THIS PARTICULAR ERROR.DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE HECK THAT IS????? UGH! IM SO FRUSTRATED!:( :( :( :( :(

Do you have the Windows cd? try reinstalling it, the easier way..
any way, if u don't want to do it, please give some details about what os it is and what computer you have.

hey! well when the machine was made it had 98 then ME..but ME was so bad we uninstalled it and omg what a mess ,but got 98 back but my puter just wasnt the same after that so i just reinstalled ME {which was a freakin mistake} and now this happens..sooooo i tried to reinstall 98 no go! so i took the battery out and out it back.still the same.my comp is a clone:( :( :( :confused:
