hey i have some boston computer speakers that i'm not using and i was wondering if it is possible to hook them to a tv

are rca audio jacks just the normal three prong audio video

Basically all tvs have audio in jacks some in the front some in the back. I personally hate stock tv speakers, the first thing i do when i get a tv is connect some big speakers to it and turn of the tv speakers.

Me Too, and it really depends on your TV as to whether or not you have the correct hookups. My new Panasonic TV has a minijack in the front and a 1/4" jack in the back. I just use them. But at my Dad's house, I use the connector that Micro Bell was reffering to.
