Need help to burn with downloaded ps1 Fifa2005

I have downloaded for the first time a psx game, I assume this means it will work on my old ps1 console with chip 4 burned cds off course.

I got a rar file, which I extracted to desk top, it made a folder Fifa Footbal 2005 Psx.
In that folder 4 files; IMG 556 Mb, CCD, CUE and SUB
I read to double click one of them and it will open in Nero6, well that did not happen it open it in DVD Encrypter, so I opened with nero and got an error, not supported or something like that. Then I dragged all 4 of them and burned it.
Put the Cd in the ps1 console and nothing happends, get stuck at the Playstation logo and got 2 x on the screen.
What should I do ?

Purchase the orginal game instead as appose ripping off the industry by downloading games.
