can somebody please help me with downloading (capturing) streaming video and audio onto one's hard drive.

i'm new at this and i am trying to capture video from winamp's "internet tv"

i've got this one application called "screen virtuoso" that i am working with, and all i can capture is winamp's video window's black background.
what software should i be using, there must be something better.

any help will be deeply apperciated.

Maybe u need to disable hardware acceleration to be able to capture video with screen virtusoa.

you don't happen to know how i can capture audio and video at the same time do you?
or is that even possible, do i have to capture video and then capture audio, and then sync them together?

search google for a program to write the stream to your HD. I am sure its possible, u only need to save the stream itself and u can save both au and video.
