You usually get this error when you try to install a program:
C:WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT

If your operating system is Windows XP Home click on this link.

its a self extracting file and will replace the necessary files!

I dont beleve Norton causes it, but it happens when you try to run EXEs.
