lsas.exe and winad.exe

These few days have been rough i got infected with the W32/Agobot-LM (lsas.exe) trojan and WINAD.EXE. The lsas.exe is a serious headache. anytime i run regedit it shuts off after a couple sec. when my mouse goes over AVG control centre it dissapairs, anyway i got it out using McAfee's stinger i still cannot get out winad.exe. Can anyone give me some advice.
