Although i went and cleared history under internet properties, there's this particular address that is still there as default. Every time i open the internet explorer, it automatically went to that site. How can i get rid of that.

Help me!

give us the URL of the site that keeps popping up. it may be adware/ spyware. do a forum search on spybot and adaware software

As stated above download adaware and spybot, be sure to download the latest updates for the program also.

You can do a google search 4 them or you can dload them from [url]www.download.com[/url]search under internet tools,had same problem many a time pain in the a$$:(

Make sure you have all browser windows closed when running CWShredder.

If that doesn't work, run HijackThis! and post your log here.
