Ban specific website?

I was wondering if there is any way to prevent certain sites from being visited on my computer. I pretty much want to ban every site my brother goes to. I can get the computer how I want it, everything I want off, gone. He gets on, and its a wreck. I can expect my homepage to be changed to some spyware site, 2 new internet browsers, and 3-4 new icons on my desktop. He goes to some gaming sites, music, and skate sites that are all clustered with spyware. His friends come over and "fix" their problems with my computer by disabling my pop-up blocker, because they don't know what their doing.

I was just wanting a program or something that can block these sites. I know what they are because after I get off I clear my settings so I know what sites he goes to. And Ad-Aware notices 15-20 things every time I run it. Its just time consuming to run Ad-Aware, uninstall programs, change homepage, everytime I get on. I know everyone gets his stuff, but its preventable by avoiding these sites. I know one site he goes to installs Yahoo browser everytime, and Lycos sidesearch. If you know any programs, please share.

Thanks.

Try ZONEALARM from zonelab.com. The new beta version has a tab which allows you to block specific sites either by their name or by their subjects. Since you can protect access to ZONEALARM with a password, they will not be able to go and change your settings if you chose to password protect access.
