ActiveX error 429

Hi ppl,
wen i try to run any messenger addons, scripts or bots, i get an error message saying "Runtime error '429':
ActiveX component cant create object.
I have seen a few fixes out there i have tried downloaded some database parts from microsoft site, but that dont work, also i tried to other specific fixes at this address but they do not work ([url]http://www.geocities.com/msnfuturetech/Home.htm[/url])
Any one got any ideas please.
