Where online can I make a website for free or cheap$$. Im thinking of making a website that will have a picture gallery, message board and a counter to see how many people have visited. At this point im still coming up with ideas.

You can make the webpage on your computer by using HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) and then you can upload your files to a free hosting site like Geocites.

You can use frontpage to make websites, or you can get a program like AceHTML or you can pruchase Dreamweaver MX; The Pimp Daddy of all web design programs.

I can make a webdesign, or you can use a template I have already created, it'll be cheap, like 10 bux for a template... or you can sign up with my webhost, and for a low starting price of 30 bux a year (or 3 bux a month- Its cheaper if u pay in full). You also get php nuke like this site

Just remember that for free you'll have to put up with banners and/or pop-uos and all sorts of crap.

And just to add what ADZ posted you'll get a lot more satisfaction from producing your site yourself.

Basic HTML is simple to pick up and worth learning.

But if you want to go the way of templates (like i did) then there are plenty of ones available for free (see my site in my sig).

I can build it for you with a cutting edge professional look. Im going into freelancing and need stuff for my portfolio.
I know php css html javascript and a couple more languages if you want to learn search for tutorials. They work wonders.
ps-templates arn't hard to make just hard to think of
