I have a friend who upgraded Outlook and now can't seem to find his journal entries. I did a test on my outlook and made some sample entries and tried to search for them using "search" and nothing came up, any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I don't know about this, but I do know that (at least in earlier versions of Outlook), Journalling was definitely advised against, as it sucked up system resources and slowed computers down seriously.

You tied to Import feature and select mail account and it should get you a list of what it import. You should find Journal in the list and click on it and click ok.
