i am running xp pro and when i go to a website about 80 % of them give me a yellow error in the status bar that says done but with errors on page,then when i click on it says library not registered. i have had several other problems that i'm working on trying not to reformat. i uninstalled internet explorer in the control panel and redownloaded the components off microsofts download page, it didnt clear it up. any replies welcome.

Yep, good refrence Ånubis.
And like he said raidman75, be careful. Getting into the registry and mucking about, can cause more grief than good.
