Hello all.

I will be working away for a month at a time in the back of nowhere, so i was going to get myself a a laptop for emails and watching DVD's. What is the minimum spec for a laptop for mainly doing just that, as i don't want to waste ŁŁŁŁ on unneeded Mhzzzzzzzzzzzz.

You can do that on something as old as a Pentium 3, which are selling for real cheap these days.

about 350Mhz will be fine
and you need a DVD drive

If you tell us a buget, then it would be easier.
for around Ł350 - Ł400 You could get a 500 mhz system, and about Ł40 would probably get u a dvd drive, and that would be enough.
