has n e one heard of getting more than one good quality dvd movie on a standfard 4.7Gb dvd disc

You have to decrease the quality of a movie just to get one on a 4.7GB disc, you won't get good quality if you put two.

It depends on the length of the movie, but if you're talking full 2-hour movies, I don't see how it's possible... However, I've got some decent quality movies at about 1gb each. I wouldn't call them good quality, but they're watchable.
