We have an issue with our Exchange 5.5 Server. Whenever we go to add/delete/edit mail boxes on the server, I cannot connect to the e-mail database. I get a "DS_E_DIT_Error" If anyone might know how to fix this, please post back.

I think this is posted in the wrong section.

But that sounds like a permission issue with the directory that houses the database. Double check your permissions.

I have and they are correct. I still don't know what it could be...

Have you checked to make sure you don't have a corrupted DB??
