How is this a Tech-Forums news/announcement item?

I don't believe it is with the forum rules to post advertisements like that...especially not in this forum...this looks like an Off-Topic thread to me, anyway.

no its actually against the ru;ez to advertize other forum so u most likely will have it deleted not moved or in a sense moved to the trash
