Good for you friend.
I don't like these cleaners, always mass my computer.
It is well orginaized and I happy to do the cleaning by myself.
but don't worry, I'm sure some here won't agree with me, its just my gratitude and my opinion to the thing in the same post :)

Whatever happened to good ol' Diskcleanup? If you want a good cleaner, try Window Washer.
