i keep getting message new hardware found epson c80 this printer is allready installed how do i stop these messages?

could you tel me what OS ur using? If it's winXP, then I have no idea.. but otherwise i might be able to help..

Hmm, could be the volatile USB state (o.O). Try seeing what happens when your printer is kept turned on, and reboot.
