None of my internet programs work including Internet Explorer, Microsoft word, Outlook Express or my Verizon DSL Dialer! My Norton Crashguard gives me this error message.

Error Caused by: OleMainThreadWndName

it says it can fix it but it freezes when i click Fix error.
The details of the error are:

Iexplore.Exe caused fault #c0000005 in Kernel32.dll at address 0187:bff6baf3

and a whole bunch of crap about the registers. PLEASE HELP!!!

problems with Kernel32.dll are common. the best thing to do is to scan for viruses. if norton is freezing, try using this virus scanner: [url]http://housecall.antivirus.com/housecall/start_corp.asp[/url]
if it doesn't fix the problems, and you still can't open any program, reinstalling windows will surely work..
