Wheres my cursor?!?!

I'm not sure if this is just cause of this game, or it has to do with something else. But in X-plane, a very good flight simulator, I can not see my mouse!!! Its there, but you cant see it, you can click on things, but you cant see where it is, so its a pain in the ***! Anyone with any ideas how to fix this?

I've had that happen to me in games but i can usually get it back by quitting the game and getting back into it.

when i installed half life on my new pc, i couldnt get my cursor to come up, so i tried everything and it has still never worked, so weird
