Help finding all Sytem specs..

Just want to know how you find all of your system specs for the Motherboard, GFX card, Sound Card etc. I know my RAM and CPU from 'My Computer, then Properties' but I don't know how to see all the other specs. May sound pretty obvious but as you can see I'm a virgin techie. Any help would be great, Thanks.
