Been thinking of getting one of this

I've read reviews and it seems to perform well for video capture, TV, FM... etc, and my gaming needs aren't that extreme so it's will do just fine. But I have a question.... Does this card or a regular X600 make a lot of noise?

I finally have a computer that is virtually silent and I don't want to have a screeching fan going that will drive me nuts.
