And is it true that they all support dual core processors?
And is Nvidia Nforce4 a good chipset over the other chipsets like VIA and SLI,
Also I was leaning towards an Nforce4 board but I've seen alot of others using Nforce3 that seem like pumped up versions like nforce3 ultra, or something like that, if I get an Nforce4 will it still be better than getting a pumped up version of an Nforce 3?
If anyone could also give the Pro's and Con's of each of the 3 boards/manufacturers that would be great, hope some can help, thanks!!

Im pretty sure any 939 board supports dual processors.
Those are all good mboards. These should be slightly better. The DFI is the best for overclocking:

If you dont plan to OC then the MSi and Giga-byte are great brands. I would go with the Gigi-Byte. DFI is really for if your going to OC your computer.

Even if you dont plan to OC, i might go for the DFI anyway, cuz its just a great, stable board anyway. I have the MSI K8N Neo4 F and it is very good, but not in the same league as the DFI

As said, the DFI is the best board for Socket 939 that money can buy. If your building a medium to high end 939 setup, it's defiantly the board to go.
Brands like MSI and Gigabyte are what I would use for high quality penny pinching peformance computers.

Or if you're looking to save a lot of money, you could just go with Chaintech's Ultra board and get a fairly decent (but basic) board for a good price.
