HELP. My mate has a Packard Bell EZ Note H5315 and it is stuck in hibernate, how the heck do we get it out of hibernate????? Is there any key combination or any way to reset it????

Try removing the backup battery and disconnecting the power adapter, then hold the power button down for about 2 to 3 mintues then put the backup battery and power adapter backon and power up your laptop. If it don't work I'm sure they will fix it for free or provide you with a new one if the laptop is still under warranty.

Hibernate is something very flaky. Rarely does machines come out of hibernate without crashing, although mine seems to be doing it quite well. Dont have to remove all of the battery and hold the power button for two or three minutes, hold it for 5 or 10 seconds and it will turn off, wait about 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.
