[java help] -

I just started studying Java in school So far its pretty simple and I got the hang of it. The problem is that I work on a Solaris Unix machine and it comes with a java compiler and emacs installed.

I want to practice at home but i have winXp. I want an editor as similar to emacs as possible (or even a winXP version if available) and a java compiler for winXP.
