dreamweaver would be my closest bet, but use flash to build ur website!

Flash MX Bible.

It taught me everything I need to know about flash and actionscript(its programming language). However, if you never had any programming or graphic experience this book can be a bit difficult.

Also go to [url]www.actionscript.org[/url] and check out the tutorials.
This site also has the best forum on the web concerning everything Flash.

I recommend the Visual Quickstart Guide series of books. I believe there is one for Flash MX.

Also the Flash software itself has great tutorials for getting you started.
