Tech-Forums announces the promotion of two members as Moderators. Our next Mod is Trotter. Trotter, due to his past helpfulness and support at TF, will be a great asset to TF.

In this context, that means other forums will be added later to his moderating duties.
On the other hand, this doesn't necessarily mean the hardware zone ISN'T going to be split up. This is a neutral post in that sense. :p
