I am trying to sync up my contacts from Outlook to my Blackberry, but for some reason everything gets sync up except for my contact information. I tried re-installing the software, but it is not working. I am using Windows XP and Outlook 2003 if it matters. Any suggestion is appreciated. Thank you.
