Me i dont like windwaker at all! I mean the first level starts you off without a weapon. The rest is probably corny

thats what gives it the extra *umph* if you know what i mean. if you start of with superman-like qualities in the first level...than that would absolutely be corny. take for example "dungeon siege" or "diablo"....they dont give that grand master champion superman status right away...because the whole idea is the challenge of actualy climbing that long ladder to the top. because having it easy in the first level will nullify the whole purpose of the game.

i really wish i got into it but i just couldnt. i got bored of it easy on. it is a good game like any other zelda but the others had u into it really easily and really early.

in comparison to the other zelda games this one was my least favorite...you spend so much friggin time on that boat it becomes boring after awhile...so many times i would just hold down the joystick and just let it sail and id watch tv or do something else....too much sailing was my only problem...decent plot? yes...decent action?....very much so...but TOO MUCH SAILING!!!

I never got a chance to play through this game. The last Zelda game I purchased was the first one for N64, Ocarina of Time I think was the name. That was a great game. I also have the one that game out of SNES, classic too.

Windwaker is a great game, great story, huge, puzzling and action packed. i loved the cell shading and i hate closed minded people who dismiss it without playing it-sometimes, purely based on the fact that it is cell shaded and "kiddy".

i have a friend who is very much an X-box fan and loves "mature" games he was really cynical of WW even though he liked the previous zeldas. But i lent him my GC and i think that he definitely liked WW so that just goes to show.

yup finally got a GC w/ windwaker.. aaaah.. nice game :) true bout the boating i got stuck already after getting the stone from the deku tree.. now where the **** are the pirates lol.. watever ill figure it out on my own :P

i doubt there's a GC emu that works as of yet. o btw i got past the pirates.. i just haven't had the time to play now. bought ninja gaiden black for xbox and its kept me quite entertained *grin*
