I always used a bucket of ice cold water in a freezer. Leave the machine in overnight. tada! no more problems. ever.

I want to get my Athlon watercooled so badly, but problem is, I carry my machine around a LOT... mainly to my friends' LAN parties and such... might put some huge stress on my back. ;)
