How do I remove Ad Rotator v2.21?

Everytime I pull up a session of IE, it acts like a pop-up that jumps from the top left corner of my screen down to my task bar. Then it pops up another session of IE and an ad appears. I have AdAware and it hasn't helped. Any help would be great!!!

Go to start, run, type msconfig and then go to the general tab and look through the startup entries and see if you see one called ad-rotator or something similiar, uncheck it if you found it, disable all if you haven't, then reboot. Now run your spy-ware programs and see if that don't help. Is it in your add/remove section? Can you check to see if it's in your C:/program files and if so, delete it.

also you may want to consider using Microsoft's new Beta version of anti-spyware software found here [url]http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx[/url]
i've had good success with it on my test computer.
