[COLOR=blue]As you may know (or not know), TF is redesigning the quizzes into a web page all its own. The design is much neater, the quizzes are multi-question, there's a counter similar to TF's post count for each member (I think they figured this out)....anyways, last but not least there has been a lot of work put into this project and it is now time for you, our valued members to really put your skills and ideas together for a [b][u]HEADER and a LOGO[/u][/b] for the new quizez web page. In this months contest, the winner gets his/her Header and/or Logo design on TF's new Quiz Page (which by the way will be coming up soon)[/COLOR]

[color=red]1) make a logo AND a top banner/header for the homepage of the quizes --- the logo will be used throughout and the header is used only on the quiz home page.

2) header thing... maybe 800 x 200???
logo... 200 x 100

3) must say "Tech Forum Quiz" or some cool name so you know its the quiz section on TF

4) the only real limitation in this contest is only one entry per member, but this time you are allowed to exchange your entry.

5) animation is acceptable as long as it isn't too complex

6) THE WINNER will get their name/username display (on the quiz home page) for creating the logo.[/color]

You can either upload your images through TF (Max size 51.2kb) or use an external image server such as [url]www.photobucket.com[/url] or [url]www.imageshack.us.[/url]

i really want the new quiz section to be a step ahead of any other forum. a new logo as a front to this new section will be a GREAT start!

Guess they forgot about our entries? How could they have forgot? A good website is like a good store, they are open the hours they post and follow them strictly. Once people start figuring out that the store might not be open on a day it should be; they lose interest because they have no clue if the store will be closed or not. This website is no exception. When people enter into a contest and the deadlines are ignored, the people see no reason to trust the website a second time when they finally decide to hold another contest. This is a little upsetting and I'm sure those who put time and effort into this contest would agree. Anyways, TechForum, GET BACK TO US :rolleyes: The suspense is killing us can't you tell, lol.

but also OBVIUOSLY... not timely either.

for me personally, lot of stuff has come up over the past several weeks... what can I say :(

We will come up with an update with the "quizes" and select a winner... shortly? Couple days.... will get back in a few days.
