I just got this new converter box for my business. From what i can tell, which isn't much (first time to use it today), it has these following formats that i will attach as a picture.

My question that I pose is this : what format of the above is the most common among older TV sets and older VCR's?

When I say older, think Early 90's!!!

All US tvs and vcrs use NTSC

Europe uses PAL
