when i log in it goes in but then the page is blank and it says done and on the bottom right were it says internet, or restricted, or trusted i believe it says restricted and their is also an eye ball and i need help because its the only way to edit my site

Try to restore the Internet settings to default in the internet options->advanced
or try using a different browser. Maybe firefox or opera. I prefer firefox!
